Julep draws inspiration from the avant-garde of the 1950s, capturing its simplicity and grandeur while softened by a contemporary, romantic, and feminine allure. At the heart of the series is the sofa, from which the entire collection – including armchairs, chaise longues, and ottomans – gradually evolved, playing with proportions and volumes to create various editions. Fully upholstered, the seats have a substantial yet lightweight appearance, lifted invisibly from the ground by the recessed base.

In this project, I took advantage of Tacchini's new edition and challenged myself to enhance both polygonal modeling and the use of Hair and Fur to add distinctive character to the decorative cushions.
